TOUR DESCRIPTION

From the top station of the “Col Margherita”‘s gondola, follow a scenic dirt track for about an hour and a half to “Cavia”‘s lake.

Just past the lake, you can descend towards “Zingari Bassi” via an old mule track through the woods, following the “Alta Via dei Pastori”‘s path.

Once you reach the area near the main road, at an altitude of 1775 m, continue to the left towards the gondola’s valley station at San Pellegrino Pass along a forest track and a path through the woods.

Circular route.

The route follows mixed-use paths also used by mountain bikes and e-bikes. You are therefore advised to keep to the right and always be mindful of other trail users.
